Verizon South Central Headquarters & Data Center
About This Project
Arnold and Blevins Electric Company was contracted by Syska Hennessy and Verizon to do the electrical work on their new South Central Headquarters, Data Center and Call Center in Little Rock. The project consisted of a 300,000 square foot renovation of an existing building, providing and installation of a 2.8MW generator, providing and installation of 2-400KVA UPS’s, a 5,000A switchboard, 3-4,000A switchboards, a 1,200A bus duct for the UPS system and approximately 80 other panels. We completed installation of the generator, 2-UPS’s, bus duct and data center in approximately 10 weeks. It was a major undertaking but with the team of professionals, it was completed on time and the owner loved the result.
